Regulation of the relationship between the GUEST and the ACCOMMODATION FACILITY

1. GENERAL HOTEL RULES
• These Hotel Regulations will be sent digitally in advance to the Guest’s contacts at the time of booking (if provided), both as an attachment and/or as text. They may be attached and/or referenced in further communications (if any), may be indicated in other informational tools, may be provided at the time of Guest check-in, and are always present and available in English at the Reception of the accommodation facility.
The accommodation facility always assumes full understanding of these regulations by the Guest from the very beginning of the commercial relationship and in every part thereof. Any variation to these regulations and to the rules contained herein is solely at the discretion of the Management of the Accommodation Facility.
• “Check-in” is defined as the moment when the Guest hands over their identification documents to the Reception staff for identification.
• “Check-out” is defined as the moment when, at the end of the stay at the accommodation facility, the Guest returns the keys to their room, the related access wristband, and settles the final bill with the Reception staff.
• Access to the Hotel is reserved exclusively for Guests included in the booking; any external visitors may access the hotel area only upon request and after registration at the reception. In case of overcrowding and/or other circumstances, the reception may deny access to the hotel facility to persons not indicated in the booking.
• “Children” are considered minors aged between 2 and under 6 years; “Teenagers” are considered minors aged between 6 and under 12 years.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and in all indoor common areas for safety reasons.
• The philosophy of our hotel favors a family-oriented and relaxed stay; therefore, great attention is paid to respect for other Guests. Guests are requested to avoid making noise that may disturb others and to avoid using electronic devices at high volume in both indoor and outdoor areas.
• Upon arrival, opening, closing, and meal times will be communicated. Our reception is available to vary and adapt these times to meet your needs; to allow this, we kindly request early and clear communication.
• Guests are also requested to inform us as soon as possible of any intolerances/allergies in order to best adapt our cuisine and staff to your needs.
• In the event that our Hotel Guests have additional guests/relatives/friends who wish to stay for lunch or dinner, our Restaurant à la Carte Menu indicating the various dishes and related prices will be available to them (the cover charge will also be added). It will therefore not be possible to offer the Hotel Menu to external guests.
• Beverages ordered during meals and bar consumptions are always excluded from any accommodation package.
• Description of accommodation packages:
FULL BOARD includes overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, on-site car parking, beach service [active only during the opening periods and days of the beach establishment].
HALF BOARD includes overnight stay, breakfast, dinner, on-site car parking, beach service [active only during the opening periods and days of the beach establishment].
B&B includes overnight stay, breakfast, on-site car parking, beach service.
Please note that the accommodation package selected during the quotation phase and any subsequent stay confirmation applies to all Guests staying in the same room (it is therefore not possible to differentiate the type of package for each individual Guest occupying the same accommodation).
• Please note that it is not possible to separate any product/service from the offered packages, even if not directly used (such as the Beach Service).
• The beach service, provided by an external operator, allows the Guest to have one umbrella + equipment position at the beach establishment. The beach position is assigned by the beach management and in the location defined by them, unless specific requests have already been approved. The service is available only during the opening periods of the beach establishment and on days when weather and sea conditions allow it. Guests are strongly advised to follow the bathing rules posted at the entrance of the beach establishment.
During certain periods of the year and/or specific times, the lifeguard service may be absent; maximum caution is therefore required when swimming.
The accommodation facility declines all responsibility for any disputes, assignment of positions, any damage of any nature, or thefts arising and/or occurring during the use of this service.
The beach area assigned to Albergo Fiorella Guests is located between the 3rd and 5th rows, with specific numbering of positions. If the Guest wishes to have a beach position outside this area, the cost of the beach service will be considered an “extra” and therefore not included in the Stay Quotation, and must be paid directly to the Beach Management.
Guests staying at the Hotel who wish to have one or more additional beach positions beyond the one included in the stay booking for relatives/friends not staying overnight must pay for the additional position(s) at the Hotel Reception.
• Rooms on the first floor are accessible exclusively via one flight of stairs, totaling 19 steps; ground-floor rooms are accessible without architectural barriers. Please note that there is no elevator to access the first floor.
• Items always excluded from any accommodation package and subject to an additional cost (“extra services”): beverages during meals, minibar beverages, bar consumptions, pet stay in room, dedicated beach service for pets, e-bike rental, bicycle rental from external supplier, restaurant à la carte menu, municipal tourist tax.
• The car park is reserved for and exclusively for Guests staying at Albergo Ristorante Fiorella at the time of booking. Use by non-staying persons is not permitted and includes one parking space per booked room. Upon arrival, you may be asked to provide the license plate number to associate each vehicle with its owner.
• Reception office hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. These hours may be subject to changes and/or variations. In case of need during reception office closure times, Guests may contact the Restaurant Management.

2. BOOKING CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN
• What happens in case of booking cancellation?
For cancellations communicated to us more than 31 days before the Guest’s arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations received less than 31 days before arrival, the refund of the paid deposit will no longer be possible.
Please note that any refundable amount can only be issued by Albergo Ristorante Fiorella via bank transfer and only upon early written communication by email to:
info@albergofiorella.it, including the bank details required for the refund (IBAN, bank, beneficiary, personal contact details).

3. VOUCHERS / GIFT CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITY
• In case of cancellation, the issuance of a voucher/gift certificate is at the sole discretion of the Accommodation Facility, under the conditions communicated by the Reception.

4. EARLY DEPARTURE / BOOKING CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN
• In the event of a completed booking, completed check-in, and subsequent request by the Guest for early check-out compared to the booked stay, for any reason expressed verbally and/or in writing, the Guest will be required to settle:
– the full amount for the days actually spent at the accommodation facility, including related extra services;
– the amount for the booked but unused days, reduced by 10% compared to the full daily per-person rate.
This deducted amount may not be less than €60.00 per person per day, with reference to the daily cost of the accommodation package chosen by the Guest.

5. PETS IN THE HOTEL FACILITY
• Guests may stay with their small/medium-sized pet (1 pet up to a maximum weight of 25 kg), or with 2 pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg each, only if communicated and indicated by the accommodation facility during the quotation phase. Access is allowed only for pets provided with a valid HEALTH BOOKLET.
In case of overcrowding and/or other circumstances of any nature, the accommodation facility may define a limit on the maximum number of pets allowed on the premises, thereby restricting access for additional pets.
This service involves an additional daily cost, to be added to the total stay cost.
Pets may access all areas of the facility (including the guest solarium) except for the indoor breakfast room, the indoor lunch/dinner hotel dining room, and the beach positions at Bagno Tamerici “Classico” where pets are not allowed (service provided by an external supplier). Subject to restaurant management availability and/or other constraints, it will be possible to access the outdoor breakfast area with pets; this request must be communicated to reception in due time (max. 3 days before arrival).
For hygiene reasons, any buffet service will be offered exclusively in the indoor room.
For dogs, it is possible (without obligation) to request an additional dedicated package at Bagno Tamerici Dog (service provided by an external supplier), offering various services, some exclusive for you and your dogs; this service involves an additional daily cost. Pets must always be kept on a leash and provided with a muzzle (for dogs) and/or an appropriate carrier in all common indoor and outdoor areas of the accommodation facility.
Access for guide dogs and rescue dogs is always permitted in all areas of the accommodation facility and at all times.

6. ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS
• Please note that the transmission of a Stay Quotation by the accommodation facility following an information request does NOT in any case constitute a booking confirmation nor the insertion of an option in the Booking Engine, but represents ONLY a cost estimate.
For the actual booking insertion, direct communication from the prospective Guest is required by phone (call / WhatsApp messaging) or by email. Following this, the Booking Office will send a formal stay confirmation along with a request for payment of the deposit as final booking confirmation.
• Please note that there may be services considered separate and subject to an additional cost; services such as e-bike rental, beach service, and dog beach service are provided by external operators. The accommodation facility therefore declines all responsibility for any damages/accidents occurring during such activities and/or services.
• The municipal tourist tax, regulated by the relevant municipal information available on-site, is always excluded from any quotation and must be paid at the accommodation facility.
• Access to the Hotel Reception area is via an electronic entrance using a wristband, allowing you and your Guests reserved, secure, and independent access. The wristband will be provided at check-in. Please note that the wristband is strictly personal, may not be transferred, and that costs may be charged in case of loss.
• In indoor areas of the facility, appropriate attire suited to the context is always preferred and appreciated. Guests are kindly requested to avoid accessing common areas in beachwear (swimsuit).
• Room cleaning service is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• In-room minibar service: the minibar is available exclusively for the products contained therein. It is not permitted to remove products or use it for other purposes. Only MEDICINES and INFANT CARE PRODUCTS may be stored inside.

• Reception is available from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. In case of need outside the communicated hours, Guests may contact the Restaurant Management.
• The facility opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 11:30 p.m.; if it is necessary to exit and/or return before/after these times, access is always possible via the digital wristband. During closure periods, external gates may be temporarily closed but can be easily opened without a key. Please inform us if you wish to return outside these hours so that we may instruct you on access procedures.
• An “energy-saving” system is active in the rooms, which deactivates room services (except the minibar) when the room is not in use through a mechanical key device. Please note that room entry keys cannot be separated from the “energy-saving” key devices.
• In case of adverse weather forecasts, Guests are strongly advised to bring inside any personal items left on terraces, avoid accessing them during bad weather, and raise sun awnings. In case of difficulty, staff will be available to assist.
• The Hotel offers a “city bikes 26-inch” bicycle service, free of charge for Guests subject to availability. The facility declines all responsibility for any accidents and/or improper use.
• Each room is entitled to one covered parking space within the hotel area. Access to this parking area is regulated by an electronic barrier from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. If access is needed during these hours, it will be sufficient to request the remote control at Reception.
• Use of the Solarium within the Hotel area is completely free and exclusive to Hotel Guests. Umbrellas, sunbeds, and loungers are provided and already set up. Please note that this area does not have on-site staff; therefore, all responsibility for improper use of the equipment is declined, and Guests are requested to respect the furnishings. For any need, please contact the Restaurant Management / Reception.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Any fiscal document related to services provided by the accommodation facility will be issued at the time and period of Guest check-out.
Please note that as of March 2023, check-in and check-out times are as follows:
• CHECK-IN: from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• CHECK-OUT: by 9:30 a.m.
